It’s official now, I’ve been nominated and accepted as Microsoft P-Seller for SQL Server. It’s been official for couple of weeks but I didn’t get to write about it because of other commitments, work and preparing for new certification. Anyway, I’m greatly honored to be presented with such opportunity and to be selected among MS community members.
P-Seller program is also known as V-TSP (Virtual Technology Solution Professional) or P-TSP (Partner Technology Solution Professional).
I’ve located article explaining program in these words:
“The Microsoft P-Seller (VTS-P) is a select group chosen from the elite in Microsoft’s partner community, whose focus is to augment Microsoft’s internal Technology Specialist team. Their primary role is to communicate the value of Microsoft Solutions to customers and to provide architectural guidance for Enterprise Integration solutions. The Microsoft P-Seller program was designed to create a deeper relationship with Microsoft Partners, the Product Teams at Microsoft Corporate, and Regional Microsoft Offices, in order to provide highly skilled solution specialists to Microsoft customers. It is designed to enable a high performance team of partner-based resources to deliver pre-sale activities and resources to empower customers and help them meet their solution and integration needs.”
I’ve been also given Microsoft network credentials, email and VPN connection. This gives me access to Microsoft internal resources, learning plans, trainings, advance technical trainings and other resources. I also get access to Microsoft facilities as Business Guest. So besides having honor to be part of this program, this also gives me ability to learn and develop further.
Special thanks to Microsoft for creating P-Seller program and I’m very proud to be part of it.
